Tropical summer smoothie bowl
Beauty. More is more! Food can for sure make you happy ;) This smoothie bowl takes me back to the resorts in thailand, love it. Even thought it isn´t that bad in venice at the moment either ;)

Bananas are a great source of energy as well as nutritious. It is perfect for breakfast or after a workout. Bananas also feed good bacteria in your gut, which gives you a good digestion. It is also good for maintaining a good electrolyte balance
tip; if you want a sweeter smoothie or want to make a healthy dessert- go for the brown yellow banana- which has more sugar in it. The green banana has less sugar, and is better for an in-between meal, to prevent your bloodsuger to spike too much

Coconutwater/fresh pressed juice/nutmilk/coconutmilk

Frozen peach
Add the liquid to a vitamix, then add the frozen fruits and banana. Mix it all togheter. You want it chunky so hold back on the coconut water, and add more if needed. Boost your smoothie with fresh fruit and super foods.
